Continuing the begining

Ahh, lets see where I left off...Well I moved down here with Curtis kind of spontaneously. He asked me long before he even had this job off if I would move with him. Wherever it was I was in, I loved him and trusted him. We went to Grand Junction for an interview, Lincoln Nebraska for an interview, and he had a few interviews in Denver. The Lockheed interview was the best, he pretty much got offered the job on the spot, it was incredible. The pay was unbeatable, the benefits were great, but the location...Well we could do better. They (Lockheed) did pay for him to move down here, which was really nice. It was a reimbursement though, which meant he had to come up with the money in the first place. Kinda hard after being in school for 2 years without a job. Anyways, we are here now and happy...

The Begining

So this is me trying to do something with my life/days. I wake up and it seems like the same thing every day. What to do, what to do. Let me introduce myself... I am a 27 year old mother of a beautiful girl. We named her Tatum (yes after the actress), hence the title of this blog "Tater tot". She is now almost 10 months old and she is definitely proud of it. I have a wonderful man that lives with me, yes I'd love to say I have a wonderful husband, but not yet. We are working on that, it's a long story to be discussed later. We live in Fort Worth Texas, not real proud of that seeing as how we moved here from Colorado. Curtis (my "man") went to school to be an aircraft mechanic, and got offered a job here at Lockheed Martin. His job is not even close to what he wanted to do out of school, but it pays the bills right? I feel so bad cause I'm here at home every day bored out of my mind, and he's at work doing the same thing. Anyway we live in a little two bedroom apartment, which is a definite upgrade to what we were in when we moved here back in '08. Last year was the last year of my life with personal freedom (no Tatum yet). Curtis has 3 older boys so he already knew what life was like without. In September of '09 we welcomed Tatum into our lives, beautiful little 5 pound 6.7 ounce 19 inch girl. She was the cutest one in the nursery. On that note I need to go for now, I have a tater tot grabbing on to my leg wanting attention. ttyl
